We typically dispatch all orders within 48-72 hours of receiving them. Our delivery service is available for domestic shipments only.

**Production Time for Customized Items:**

In cases where a product needs to be tailored to meet specific customer requirements, production may take between 15 to 20 days, depending on the customization and order quantity.

**Domestic Orders:**

For shipping within India, please note the following conditions:

• Free shipping may be available during special promotions, as indicated on our website.
• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly stated on the site or communicated to customers during the order placement.
• Deliveries are made during business hours, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (IST) on business days (Monday to Friday).
• While we make efforts to ship during holidays, we cannot guarantee shipping or deliveries on public holidays.
• Express shipping is available for an additional charge.

We recommend customers plan their shopping and delivery in advance to avoid delays.

**Mandatory Requirements for Shipping:**

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details, including:

• Any relevant landmarks.
• Telephone numbers and alternate contact information to ensure proper delivery.

**Shipping Disclaimer:**

While we strive to deliver your purchased items in the shortest possible time, we are not liable for any loss or damage due to unforeseen circumstances or errors by the shipping service provider. LegalCover cannot be held responsible for any damages or losses arising from incomplete or incorrect shipping information.

If you are unavailable to receive your parcel at the time of delivery, the courier company will contact you to arrange re-delivery, or you can pick up the parcel from their office. If you have provided an office address, the product may be delivered to the security desk for security reasons.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or by courier companies in delivering parcels, or if the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery.
